Do you charge for estimates?

No. You can see our rates on the site, and they are very simple to understand and apply. If you are still not sure, we provide free quotes for any of our services, with no obligation. To use our online quote form, upload your document, indicate the target language and your e-mail address and we'll respond within 2 hours at the latest.

How long will my translation take?

Our standard timetable is a maximum of three business days (it usually takes much less) for up to 2000 words (approximately 10 pages). That is the average translator's rate per day. To ensure the best possible quality, we allow some additional time for research, proofreading, and administration details. Turnaround time depends on the complexity of your document, your requested mode of delivery - e-mail or USPS mail - and availability of translators for your target language if it is not listed on our site.

Do you offer express service?

Yes. If you have an urgent project, we offer express service for up to 10 pages within 24 hours and optional USPS Proprity Express Overnight delivery.

We build our rate structure with affordability and convenience in mind. It is very simple to navigate and implement. If you need it quickly, add $5.00 per a page for express service. As soon as we receive your payment and your document, we'll start the work.

What is your definition of a page?

One page is 200-250 words - usually a legal document like a birth certificate. Please note that sometimes you can have one page in a very small font size, which comes out to many more than 250 words. If your document is in MS Word format, you can check the word count yourself. If it is a hard copy or a different format and you are not sure, send it to us and we'll try to give you the best possible estimate. The final count will be determined by the count of the translated document but will never exceed the initial estimate.

What do I need to give you when you do a translation for me?

For legal documents to be translated into English, please give us the spelling of the names, if you already have official documents in English with those names. This will avoid discrepancies later when you submit our translations along with the other documents. The names in all your documents should be spelled the same.
If at all possible, please submit your document in a legible form; electronic formats are best but you can still fax or mail your document.
Knowing the context of the document and the target audience is a great help to the translator as it enables us to select the right style of language. If you have captions to be translated, please supply the illustrations. This will make them easier to put into context.

How do I place an order online?
