What
is your definition of a page?
One page is 200-250 words - usually a legal document
like a birth certificate. Please note that sometimes you can have one
page in a very small font size which comes out to many more than 250
words. If your document is in Word, you can check the word count yourself.
If it is a hard copy or a different format and you are not sure, send
it to us and we'll run it through our OCR program and let you know the
final number of pages.
What
do I need to give you when you do a translation for me?
For legal documents to be translated into English, please give us the
spelling of the names, if you already have official documents in English
with those names. This will avoid discrepancies later when you submit
our translations along with the other documents. The names in all your
documents should be spelled the same.
If at all possible, please submit your document in a legible form; electronic
formats are best but you can still fax or mail your document.
Knowing the context of the document and the target audience is a great
help to the translator as it enables us to select the right style of
language. If you have captions to be translated, please supply the illustrations.
This will make them easier to put into context.
How
do I place an order online?
Just go to our order
page, enter the number of pages, add any other option you choose,
enter the target language, and your e-mail address and submit your payment.
Upload or fax your document and we'll start working on it as soon as

language(s). When the work is finished, we set and test your site on
